Aster DM Healthcare, one of the largest integrated healthcare providers in the GCC and India, has opened its Telecommand Centre and Digital Health – India office in Bengaluru. This innovative facility aims to revolutionize how healthcare providers deliver remote care to patients worldwide. Equipped with cutting-edge technology and staffed by highly skilled medical professionals, the centre allows doctors and nurses to monitor and treat patients remotely in real-time, offering expert care and guidance from a distance.

Dr. Harsha Rajaram, COO of Aster Digital Health, said, “It is indeed a proud moment to launch a first-of-its-kind command centre that will transform the way healthcare is delivered to patients. The services enhance access to quality healthcare in underserved areas and during times of emergencies. The Telehealth Command Centre will serve as the backbone of all telehealth operations in India, offering a range of services such as virtual consultations, remote patient monitoring, teleICU, teleradiology, and telemedicine-enabled interventions. The facility will provide services like teleradiology, teleconsultations, teleICU, and remote monitoring services, leveraging technology to offer all telehealth services under one roof.

Dr. Nitish Shetty, Chief Executive Officer of Aster DM Healthcare (India), expressed excitement about the launch, stating, “The COVID-19 pandemic demonstrated how well digital health can make a difference to patient care.
