The delivery process begins at the Hind Motor warehouse, where medical supplies are collected by drones and transported to the Howrah drone hub of TSAW Drones. From there, skilled bikers undertake the final leg of the journey, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to local residents, law enforcement personnel, and other customers. The initial rollout of the service will target select areas in Kolkata, with plans for expansion in the near future.

The initiative demonstrates the companies’ commitment to streamlining and optimizing logistical processes, with drones covering a distance of 11 kilometers in a mere 8 minutes.
